Cajun Crusted Soy Curls

Soy Curls are amazing. If you have never had them, I highly recommend ordering some. (Unless you live in the Portland area you can pick them up at tons of places.)





1/2 Cup Dry Soy Curls
Warm water
1 Tsp+ Cajun Seasoning
Ketchup (Optional)

Preheat Oven to 400

Rehydrate Soy Curls in warm water, (about 10 minutes, follow package directions if you can't figure it out.)

Drain, add seasoning

Toss with freshly washed hands

Put on a baking sheet

Put 'em in the oven for 10-15 minutes until sufficiently crispy.

Put them on a plate, or in a bowl, eat with your hands like french fries with ketchup...OOOOOORRRR you can throw them on top of some sauteed vegetables and such, add them to a sandwich...the possibilities are truly endless.
