Enchilada Sauce in a Pinch


Once in a while I need some enchilada sauce, but not much. Not enough to warrant opening a whole can of anything (except whoop-ass, but I have a lifetime supply of that!)

 

So here is my quick fix:

 

¼ Cup Ketchup

1 Tsp Chili Powder

Sprinkle of Cumin

MIX ‘em together!

BAM! Sauce.
